My name is Rob Cumming and I have been a practising counsellor / psychotherapist in Dorchester, Dorset for the past 23 years.

I provide counselling in a safe, confidential environment.

I also supervise counsellors and psychotherapists, I offer training to counsellors and other helping professionals in Dorset and neighbouring counties, and I teach counsellors, currently on the programme which Redlands offers here in Dorchester.

I am a counsellor of individuals, couples and groups. I work with you on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. As a counsellor I am interested in what clients want (as well as what they need), their vision for their future (as well as their history), and their stories of resourcefulness, survival and growing - which may sometimes be hidden by acute crisis and well-intentioned 'help'.

My Dorchester counselling and psychotherapy practice is within easy reach of Weymouth, Portland, Bridport, and South and West Dorset and I also see counselling clients from North Dorset, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Bournemouth, Poole, Yeovil, Crewkerne and East Devon.
