Practitioner training in Neurolinguistic Programming, 1995
NLP is about establishing achievable goals with people; noticing all their communication, and having the flexibility to help them get to their goals
Diploma in Reichian Therapy, Post-Reichian Therapy Association, Leeds, 1990
On this course I learned a body-oriented approach to psychotherapy. This still informs my work but my present style involves mostly sitting and talking!
I also have trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy since 1994 and trained others in this approach since 1996.
I completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Stephen Coburn, in January 2010.
